Please read this Membership Agreement carefully:

1 - You must be at least 18 years of age or older to use this site. And in some areas,
you must be 21 years of age or older. You must be of legal age in your area and/or
region to become a member.

2 - To become a member you will need a valid e-mail address, photo/s (private and/or
public), a headline and a profile, which you will create once you become a member.

3 - Once you have become a member, you will need to create an ad. This will allow you
to cruise and to contact other members.

4 - Our site is distinctive and unique from other sites in that on our site we offer you
more freedom and choices.

5 - We DO NO TIGHTLY CONTROL YOUR FUN. On our site you do not need our permission, and you do not need to wait 24-78 hours to make changes to your ad. And there is no limit on how often you can change your photo/s and data.

6 - However with this freedom comes a certain amount of integrity and responsibility on
your part. And gladly the overwhelming majority of our members appreciate this extra
freedom. And they are careful to use our membership rules and regulations to keep our
site in good standing with all concerned entities. To that end please remember all web
sites may be monitored by law enforcement. So we want to protect you as well as ourselves.

7 - To this end we want to make sure our site is within legal boundaries. Specifically no
member may lie about their age, use a stolen and / or invalid credit card or bank
checking account. In addition no member may post public and / or private photo/s,
usernames, passwords, profiles, e-mail addresses containing illegal subjects such as:
use and / or sales of drugs, prostitution, pedophilia, bestiality, or any activity deemed illegal
in any area and / or region. Otherwise we will be forced to cancel you account. Here is a
"good rule of thumb"; if you would not say it or do it in on a mike in a public forum, then it
should not be typed on a computer. So think twice before you type!

8 - In addition our site does contain some "spotter thumbnails" to monitor the technical
workings of our site; and to keep an eye on the activities of our members. "Spotter
thumbnails" ARE NOT actual members cruising for sex. There are very few spotter
thumbnails in any given city or time zone. And we do not disclose which thumbnails are
spotter thumbnails. Otherwise our system would not be effective. Unlike other sites who
TIGHTLY CONTROL your account, we wish to give you more freedom and options. If too
many members abuse this freedom, in the future we will be forced to tightly control
membership data. But so far so good. So thanks guys for helping us keep your cruising fun
and within legal boundaries.

9 - In addition we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. And anyone engaging in
threatening or verbally abusive e-mails to other members, our staff and/or our affiliates will
have their membership canceled with no option to rejoin in the future. We treat our members
with the utmost respect and professionalism. And we expect no less from our members.

10 - When placing your ad, you agree that you are looking to meet other men in your area
for whatever legal reason you wish. Your ad and photo/s accurately represent you. Your ad
and photo/s do not portray or promote any illegal activities. Your ad does not advertise an
event, club, product, service or bar. Your ad does not include embedded e-mail addresses
or phone numbers. And your photo/s are amateur photo/s.

11 - I have read all the above information and I am "in compliance" with the above
Membership Agreement, and I wish to join.
